EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Aiming for customer satisfaction, our exchanges and returns are very easy! Just contact us, make a request, and explain the reason, and we will assist you. You can request to exchange an item for another model, color, or a return with a refund.

In line with the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for requesting a return is 7 calendar days after receiving the product, and we will send the product back within 7 business days after receiving it at our facilities.

Only requests accompanied by the Invoice (DANFE) sent along with the item to be exchanged will be accepted. Changes of any nature resulting from customer handling are not covered by the exchange and return policy.
